Aquapregnancy classes are important during every stage of your pregnancy as they offer a low-impact environment, promoting joint health and reducing swelling, while also providing a supportive community and enhancing overall well-being for expectant mothers.
Additionally, these classes can contribute to improved cardiovascular fitness, core strength, and preparation for labor in a comfortable indoor pool.
Pre & Postnatal Exercise Programs (via APP)
We modify workouts to ensure safety, focusing on strengthening full body, providing posture, and enhancing overall well-being throughout the different stages of pregnancy.
The program is written by a Mum for a Mum! Which is include benefits of moving and muscle needs after birth too.
These workouts can be done in a gym or at home.
