Is parking available?

Yes, there is free parking after 6pm during the week and after 12pm on the weekend.

What do I need to bring or wear anything in particular?

You will need to bring a towel and wear a comfortable swimsuit. If your would like to have a shower, bring your toiletries.

How often should I exercise while pregnant?

Individuals are generally encouraged to engage in daily, moderate exercise to promote overall health and wellbeing during pregnancy.

At what point in my pregnancy should I start?

The earlier the better! That way we can focus on making sure your key muscles are strong as your body changes. However, it's never too late to start!

What type of exercises are included in the Aquapregnancy classes?

We exercise the entire body with combination of aerobic and strengthening exercises using dumbbells and noodles.

Is there a cancellation policy?

Yes, if you wish to cancel or change your class, please text or give us a call more than 6 hours before your class, otherwise full charges apply.
